The Judicial Congress strengthens the judicial branch of government by more fully separating the judiciary from the executive and congressional branches. Instead of being appointed by the President and confirmed by Congress, judicial appointments are made by a Judicial Congress directly elected by the citizenry. This allows the judiciary to more freely investigate and prosecute corruption in the other two branches of government.
