We believe that it is time to revision our Constitution, and recreate it to incorporate all that we have learned about what supports true democracy, liberty, equality, and justice for all. What are your views on the overall vision expressed in this website and draft version of a new Constitution?

I find this idea, (revision,) refreshing. I’m am impresses with the work done and the product presented. I’m also quite surprised that it has received so little attention. I suppose this is because most feel implementation is an impossibility. I say lets do whatever we can to promote the idea and quality discussion. If ever accepted I fear implementation would be a long arduous process. Good things usually are.

I feel that you should include a brief history or information page of Constitutional. For example: Thomas Jefferson stated in a personal letter that the Constitution should be re-written every 19-20 years. Now, after the Trump presidency, I worry that the Constitution does not have enough ‘teeth’ for violators. Another example: Trump violating the emoluments clause time after time with no repercussions.

I am delighted to have discovered this site. I have been laboring in solitude (I thought) to create a revised constitution of my own, but this project is an excellent and far more viable project. The idea of giving congressional districts the smallest possible boundaries is genius. So is the Judicial Congress.

I would be happy to contribute in any way I can. Is there a parent organization I can support? Thank you very much.
